The Rev. Enrico Mario Gnasso had his Easter on March 23, 2017. Enrico was the son of the late Dr. Enrico Raffaele and Daisy Margaret Gnasso, husband of Edith M. Luisa Gnasso and father of Paul Timothy, Andrew Michael and the late Rhoda Anne Gnasso. Survivors include daughter-in-law Veronica (Paul) Gnasso and daughters (his grandchildren) Rebecca and Marlena; Grandchilden - Emily, Austin and the late Jake (Andrew) Gnasso; sister - Teresa Gnasso Labov; sister-in-law Caroline Schnoebelen; sister and brother-in-law Margaret and Charles Mitchell, many nieces and a nephews, cousins and other loved ones.

Enrico was a priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles who had presided at the former St. Christopher's Church in Trona and St. Martin-in-the-Fields in Twentynine Palms before retiring. Most recently he had volunteered on the staff at Grace Church in Moreno Valley. His ministerial career brought him to three states: California, Wisconsin and Nebraska. As he was a "tentmaker", he also worked in Illinois at "his very own" Episcopal seminary as bursar-business manager. For many years he was an accounting instructor at Waukesha (WI) County Technical College. Additionally, during the years 1980 to 1987 he was priest-in-charge of St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Pewaukee. He was very happy to have worked in the A Christian Ministry in the National Parks Program at Mesa Verde N.P. and Yosemite N.P. While living at Plantation on the Lake in Calimesa for 23 years he was often called upon to say grace before the usual monthly gatherings at the Recreation Center for breakfasts or dinners.
Enrico was a Freemason who had an interesting record of service to a Blue Lodge, within the York Rite - including York Rite College, Order of Eastern Star and the White Shrine of Jerusalem.

Enrico loved to read, sing, and support his children in their school age endeavors - such as sports, musicals and when Paul joined the US Army! His great joy was to observe the grandchildren while being in their presence.

Father Gnasso will be missed by many people. A memorial service will be held on April 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Moreno Valley with a reception to follow. A request has been made that attire of attendees include the liturgical color of white!

Weaver Mortuary and Crematory in Beaumont, Ca is attending to the family's needs.
