Ethel was born on May 13, 1933 and passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Ethel was a resident of Cedartown, Georgia at the time of passing.
Miss Carter had lived all of her life in Cedartown and graduated from Cedartown High School.
Graveside funeral and interment services will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 4:00 pm in the Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Phil Bray officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 pm until 3:45 pm at the Smith & Miller Funeral Home of Cedartown.
