Eugene was born on April 16, 1942 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Eugene was a resident of Arizona.

He graduated from Tucson High School in 1961 earned a Bachelors degree in education from the University of Arizona and a Masters in education from New Mexico State University.
