Eugene V. Dellaguzzo, 90, of East Hanover, formerly Newark, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016. Mr. Dellaguzzo was a machinist for Centerless Products in Newark for many years retiring in 1992. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a lifelong member of the 8th Ward Non Partisan Club and an active parishoner of Immaculate Conception Church. Funeral 9 am Monday from the Megaro Memorial Home 503 Union Ave Belleville (megaromemorialhome.com). Mass 10:30 am Immaculate Conception Church Newark. Entombment with military honors in Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum East Hanover. Visitation Sunday 1-5 pm. Mr. Dellaguzzo is survived by his daughter Sandra Rosamilia and her husband Gerard, sons Louis and Anthony and his wife Maria, grandchildren Eugene, Maria Fascia and her husband Travis, Melissa Arena and her husband Steve, and Laura Allen and her husband Taylor, great grandchildren Ruby, Charlie, and Max, sisters-in-law Julie and Josephine Dellaguzzo. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (nee Leone), parents Frank and Pauline (nee Strutzel), brothers Mickey, David, and Frank Dellaguzzo and his wife Joan.
