Rev. Dr. Winkler was born on December 28, 1933 and passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017.

Rev. Dr. Winkler was a resident of Naperville, Illinois at the time of passing.

Memorial visitation will be 9:30am until the memorial service at 11am Saturday, June 24 at the Barrington United Methodist Church, 98 Algonquin Road, Barrington, IL 60010.
