Evan passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.

Evan was a resident of Michigan.

He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a chaplains assistant at the Army War College.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Wednesday June 21 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church 4101 Clyde Park Ave. SW Wyoming with Fr. Mike Alber presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Tuesday June 20 from 5 8 pm with a prayer vigil at 5:30 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home 4031 Clyde Park Ave. SW Wyoming.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or Alzheimers Association.
