Evelyn was born on February 4, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Evelyn was a resident of Greenville, South Carolina at the time of passing.

In 1949, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University in Miami, FL, where she served as president of the student council and was selected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

The Recitation of the Rosary will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. with visitation following until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
