Evelyn was born on October 8, 1925 and passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Evelyn was a resident of Carlisle, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

In addition to her parents and husband, Evelyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Nelson L. Minich.; sister, Gladys Rhinehart; and son-in-law, Carl R. Gelbaugh, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Waggoners United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Richard E. Denison, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Waggoners United Methodist Church Cemetery. There will be a viewing from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services. Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory 2020 W.
