Fannie was born on February 5, 1920 and passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016.

Fannie was a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia at the time of her passing.

She was married to Harris Jr.

A homegoing service will be held at Oaklette United Methodist Church 520 Oaklette Drive Chesapeake VA 23325 on Thursday September 15 2016 at 1 p.m. Viewing will be a half hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Scarborough Family Cemetery Avon North Carolina.

Fannie loved flowers but if you'd rather please consider a donation in her name to Oaklette United Methodist Church.
