Fannon was born on November 28, 1920 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

Fannon was a resident of Emory, Texas at the time of passing.

Mr. Garrett served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include: Sons: Marcus Garrett and wife (Doris) of Greenville J.W. Garrett and wife Laverne of Cedar Hill Daughter: Fannie Brown and husband Ronnie of Rowlett Daughter-in-law: Delores Garrett of Emory Siblings...numerous Sister-in-laws: Mildred Garrett, and Modean Lane Grandchildren: 15 Great-grandchildren: 27 Great-great-grandchildren: 9 Numerous other loving family and friends He was preceded in death by: Parents; Wife; 1 Son, his youngest son, Leslie Garrett Saturday, April 21, 2018 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM Emory Baptist Church 260 N. Planters St. Emory, TX 75440 This service time is contingent on the church being available on Saturday. Friday evening 6-8:00 pm...a wake will be held at Mr. Garrett's home church, Prairie Grove Baptist Church.
