Felice was born on January 23, 1920 and passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
Felice was a resident of New Braunfels, Texas at the time of passing.
Phil was born in Mount Vernon, New York, and as a teen attended high school where he learned to be an electrician.
Phil served in the US Army during World War II, and earned a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star.
Funeral services will be held April 24, 2018, at 10:00am at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with grandson Pastor Todd Chontos officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service. Funeral Service at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on April 24, 2018.
