Fermon was born on September 14, 1938 and passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Fermon was a resident of Reform, Alabama at the time of passing.

He graduated from Pickens County High School in 1956.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Latham officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be immediately following the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Reform First Free Will Baptist Church, P.O. Box 495, Reform, AL 35481.
