Francis was born on August 13, 1946 and passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

Francis was a resident of Allentown, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

She graduate of St Josephs University and Temple Medical School.

He was married to Aleita.

Services: 11 am Thursday Stephens Funeral Home Inc. 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown 18106. Call 9 11 am Thursday in the funeral home.
