Francisco Jose Acosta was born July 3, 1950 in Juarez, Mexico to Felipe and Maria Acosta. He went to be in Heaven with his son Francisco "Kiko" Acosta on April 24, 2017. The love they had for one another was so great. I know Kiko was waiting for him with open arms and gave him a big hug for all of us. Francisco was preceded by His Mother Maria, Father Felipe, and Grandson Keegan. Francisco is survived by his children Anthony, Tommy, Gabriel, and Evonnette. Children whom he loved no different than his own and took under his wing Joe Barrientos and Jaime Morris. Daughter-in-law Dominica. Son-in-Law Steven. Grandchildren Chantell, Alisha, Lil Anthony, Sasha, Madison, Payson, Hailey, and Lil Steven. Brothers and sisters Phillip, Lee, Rudy, Jessie, Connie, and Johnny. Friend, Childhood sweetheart, and Love of his life Evelyn. And many other family and friends whom he loved so much! My dad was such an incredible person to know. He was suave and a feisty soul. He could not careless what other people thought of him because he knew who he was and was proud to be him. He had a love that I don't really have words to explain. We are going to miss everything about him hearing his stories, how he would take anyone into his home, give you his last dollar if you needed it, combing his hair back and putting his shades on because he knew he was a "Bad Motha Shut Yo Mouth!", yelling at sucky drivers to pull over, watching his educational shows like People's Court and Jerry Springer, eating everything well saying "Mmm..That's good!" singing his songs like Cheech and Chong- Blind Melon Chitlin or I wish I had a Watermelon Head, and last but not least feeding our bellies with his legit amazing food. As much as we all feel such a hole in our hearts we know he is no longer suffering and in pain. The lord is taking care of him better then we ever could. We love you, Dad! Best dad ever award!!!
