Frank passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Pennsylvania.

Frank was a graduate of Bangor High School, East Stroudsburg University, and earned his Doctorate in Education from Lehigh University.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017, from 6-8pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 4080 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at St. Jane's Catholic Church on Hartley Avenue in Palmer at 10:30am. The entombment will be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer.

Frank devoted his life to children and as a result, his family is asking that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Miracle League of Northampton County, P.O. Box 3424, Palmer, Pa 18043-3424.
