Frank was born on October 19, 1929 and passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Pelham, New York at the time of passing.

Frank graduated from Pelham Memorial High School in Pelham, New York, Class of 1948.

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

A memorial service will be held on June 17, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 7 Eustis Parkway, in Waterville.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 383 US Route One #2C, Scarborough, ME 04074.
