Frank was born on January 11, 1922 and passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019.

Frank was a resident of Hahira, Georgia at the time of passing.

An American Patriot, Frank served in the United States Army during both WWII and the Korean War and was a former POW.

A private burial will be held at a later date in Andersonville National Cemetery. The compassionate and caring staff of Music Funeral Services, Azalea Crematory is serving Mr. Cartwright's family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 2263 Pineview Dr, Valdosta, GA 31602.
