Frank was born on December 11, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Ohio.

He proudly served his country with the United States Army during the Korean War.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday June 21 at 11:00 am in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at New Philadelphia with Fr. Tyron Tomson officiating. Interment will be in the St. Marys Cemetery at Dennison where the Dover VFW will conduct military graveside services. Following the burial a funeral luncheon will be held in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover on Tuesday from 6-8 pm with Christian Wake Services starting at 7:45.
