Frank was born on November 21, 1958 and passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016.
Frank was a resident of Opelika, Alabama at the time of passing.
He attended and graduated from Woodward Academy attended UNCG and graduated from The Atlanta Art Institute.
Graveside services will be held at Crest Lawn Memorial Park. 2000 Marietta Blvd. Atlanta GA at 11am Thursday December 1 2016 with Rabbi Laurence Rosenthal officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association of the charity of your choice.
