Frank was born on January 20, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Midland, Michigan at the time of passing.

After graduating from Waggener High School in Louisville, he was drawn to the J.B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville.

A memorial service for Frank will take place 11 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 from the chapel at First United Methodist Church in Midland, MI with Pastor Jung Eun Yum officiating.

He was a very thoughtful and generous person to which he was known for his contributions to many religious and non-profit organizations.
