Frank Hernandez Machado died peacefully surrounded by his family in Clovis on April 24, 2017. He was 66. He was born February 11, 1951, in Monterey where he lived until he was 18 and his family moved to Watsonville.
Mr. Hernandez made his home in Las Lomas with his wife of 44 years, Julie. He was a landscaper by trade and worked on many homes throughout the Monterey Peninsula. He was proud of his Native Esselon heritage.
Mr. Hernandez is survived by his wife, Julie Corrales Machado; brother, Eugene (Buggs); sisters, Louise and Gloria; his sons, Frank, Jr., Margarito, Nick, and Daniel; daughters, Marilyn and Lolita; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Pino, Chuck, Linda, and mother, Juanita.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Mehl's Colonial Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, 1:00 p.m., at Valley Catholic Church. Private cremation will follow the mass.
