Frank was born on July 31, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Jacksonville, North Carolina at the time of passing.

He grew up as a sharecropper in the rural community of Kingsboro, near Rocky Mounty, NC He attended Sunday school and Church at the Hart's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Tarboro.

After returning from Vietnam, he changed his MOS to Military Police and attended numerous Marine Corps, Army, and Civilian Police Schools; this included the FBI National Academy at Quantico Virginia.

Funeral service will be held 12 noon Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Georgetown. Interment will follow at Coastal Carolina Veteran Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8pm Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Georgetown. Visitation at the First Baptist Church (Georgetown) from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on August 8, 2017.
