Frank was born on October 9, 1920 and passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019.

Frank was a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana at the time of passing.

Frank was a World War II Army veteran.

Funeral is 10:00 AM Wednesday October 9, 2019 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church 7710 E. State Blvd. with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also 2 - 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road. Burial in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
