Frank was born on August 1, 1944 and passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019.
Frank was a resident of Plant City, Florida at the time of passing.
Known to his friends and family as "Wicky," he graduated from Fanwood High School in 1962 and went on to attend Bethany College where he majored in chemistry and minored history.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Eastside Baptist Church (1318 E. Calhoun St., Plant City, Florida 33563). Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Kissimmee, Florida on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastside Baptist Church Family Life Center, in memory of Wick Mallalieu.
