Fred was born on July 31, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Fred was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Celebration of Fred's Life will begin Wednesday with visitation from 4 to 6 PM at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre, and continue Thursday as the family invites those who are able to join with them for the celebration of a Funeral Mass at 11AM in the Church of Saint Nicholas, 226 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
