Fred was born on November 24, 1928 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Fred was a resident of Mooresville, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He attended school at Salt Trace.

He served as a Corporal in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953 where he was a marksman during the Korean War.

Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m.. Monday, January 8, 2018 at Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church in Stoney Fork, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018, with Bud Brock officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Whitehead Family Cemetery.
