Frederick was born on January 18, 1963 and passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017.

Frederick was a resident of Kentucky.

He retired from the United States Navy after 30 years of exemplary service as Command Master Chief Petty Officer CMDCM in 2012.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday June 20 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home East Chapel 235 Juneau Drive Louisville 40243. Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Bernadette Church 6500 St. Bernadette Ave Prospect KY 40059 with burial to follow at 1:00pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff Kentucky.
