Frederick passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016.

Frederick was a resident of Voorheesville, New York at the time of passing.

He attended Guilderland schools and graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Albany.

Frederick was married to Penny Smith-Bogert.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass, 10 am, Wednesday at St. Matthew's Church, 25 Mountainview St., Voorheesville and may also visit at the Church Tuesday from 4 - 7 pm. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
