Frederick was born on November 17, 1919 and passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018.

Frederick was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing.

Born and raised in the old Riverside Park area, he attended P.S. 41 and Arsenal Technical High School, graduating in 1937 with a four-year vocational diploma in metalworking.

Upon graduation, he was recommended for and entered the machinist/toolmaker apprenticeship program at Diamond Chain Company, Indianapolis. WWII began a year after he had become a journeyman toolmaker, and he declined a job deferment to enlist in the US Navy and served three years in the Pacific Theater.

Following cremation, inurnment will be in Brownsburg Cemetery alongside his wife Dorothy.
