Frederick was born on October 2, 1932 and passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016.

Frederick was a resident of East Dennis, Massachusetts at the time of his passing.

He was a graduate of Uxbridge High School Class of 1950 and a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester.

He served in the U.S. Army as a Sgt. during the Korean War.

He was married to Colleen.

Visiting hours will be held on Sat. Nov. 26 2016 from 10 AM 11:15 AM in the BUMA FUNERAL HOME 101 North Main St. Rt.122 Uxbridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sat. Nov. 26 2016 at 12 Noon in St. Mary's Church 71 Mendon St. Rt. 16 Uxbridge. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Granite St. Uxbridge.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jacob Sears Memorial Library 23 Center St. East Dennis MA 02641 or to the Uxbridge Free Public Library 15 North Main St. Uxbridge MA 01569.
