Frederick was born on May 29, 1942 and passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019.

Frederick was a resident of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Fred was the 1960 Valedictorian of his graduating class at Hinton High School.

After his internship, he entered the US Navy as a flight surgeon serving during the Vietnam War.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Fred's honor to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, 1250 Fourth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
