Garvin was born on January 26, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018.

Garvin was a resident of Ore City, Texas at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Liberty Eylau High School (Class of 1966).

The family will receive friends at Chapelwood Funeral Home Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
