Gary Lee Cooper, or for those who knew him, Coop. You know the one. That guy.. Get's stuff done. Does what he says. Well...he passed away in his home on Jan 5th. He was 66 years old.

Coop was a loved man. He was born Feb 15th, 1951 in Mountain Home, Ark. to Charles Cooper and Marjorie (Walker) Cooper who have proceeded him in death. Coop has 5 surviving brothers. Roy, Troy, David, Kevin and Mark. On April 8th, 1978, Coop married Susan Telin Nagle. He took on the role as father to Kym Cooper and Steffany Cooper.

Coop is survived by Steffany and her six children. Jace, Sevyn, Gwen, Lukas, Diezel and Xia.

Coop was a veteran of the United States Navy. During his service he spent many months at a time on submarines as a sonar tech. Though many stories to tell, he was a private person. He found his niche working for a select few car corporations. He was the parts man. Well respected in the car industry, you could mention his name anywhere in town and I guarantee they would know it.

Coop hated the cold so much so that he dreamed of riding his motorcycle to Florida once retired. To honor him...we will have a service in the Spring. He will be laid to rest next to his wife Susan and daughter Kym.
