South Bound Brook Gary Robert D’Amico 68, passed away September 9, 2017. Gary was born in Somerville and was a lifelong resident of South Bound Brook. Gary graduated from Fort Lauderdale University with a BS Degree in Technical and Scientific Management. He was employed as an Electronic Technician at Princeton University Plasma Physics Laboratory James Forrestal Campus in Princeton for over 37 years. He was a member of the NJ Antique Radio Club in Wall Township. In his spare time, Gary enjoyed going fishing and was a Radio Ham operator, watching Nascar racing and the NY Football Giants. The real joy of his life was spending time with his family and especially his two grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Angelo and Ethel D’Amico, a brother Arthur and an Aunt Helen. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Shari D’Amico, his daughters Lorraine K. D’Amico and Christina Ann Schulze and his two grandchildren Amber and Jason Schulze. Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday September 16, 2017 at the Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 No. Gaston Ave. Somerville. Interment will be private.
