Dr. Wallace was born on October 9, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018.

Dr. Wallace was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing.

He graduated from Ashland High School in 1955, where he was a one of the starting five for the Ashland Tomcats Varsity Basketball team.

After his internship, he joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 2 years (1967-1969) as a Captain and medical officer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church in Lexington with a public lunch reception at the Church to immediately follow at approximately 12:00 p.m.
