GARY ROSS PRICE, age 60, Cynthiana, passed away peacefully at his home on January 10, 2018 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on June 5, 1957 in Harrison County to the late George Lindsey and Jean Smith Price. Gary was a 1976 graduate of Harrison County High School and a member of Indian Creek Christian Church. He retired from Mallinckrodt, Inc. after 38 years of service and was a former partner of G & P Striping. Gary enjoyed NASCAR, UK Basketball, Cincinnati Reds and watching the Harrison County Breds and Fillies Basketball Teams. He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Sheila Worrell Price; two daughters, Lauren Ross (Jay) Brown and Garyn Price (Andrew) Case, both of Cynthiana; two grandsons, Ross McNabb Brown and Jaxon Garrod Brown, both of Cynthiana; a brother, Dexter (Kathy) Price, Cynthiana and a sister, Deanna (Steve) Stewart, Brownsville, Kentucky; a brother-in-law, Tony Worrell; two nephews, Dillon (Tessa) Price, Cynthiana and Ian (Beth) Stewart, Brownsville, Kentucky and a niece, Ashley Ann Worrell, Lexington A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
