Glenda passed away in September 2019.

Glenda was a resident of Tennessee at the time of passing.

She was educated in the Nashville Public School System while attending Howard School-Grades one through twelve.

At the request of Miss Higgins, there will not be a memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Alive Hospice and the Tennessee Home for Children in Springhill, Tennessee will be appreciated.
