Gloria Jean (Nornhold) Kennedy, 75, of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at Colonial Park Care Center. She was the loving wife of George L. Kennedy, Sr. for 54 years. Born September 2, 1942 in Hummelstown, she was a daughter of the late Paul Butarelli and Alberta Nornhold. Gloria worked as a CNA for various companies throughout her career. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and sister. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved camping. Gloria is survived by; husband; son, George L. Kennedy, Jr.; daughters, Michelle A. Kennedy, Denise G. Davis and Cindy C. Wilkerson; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister; Rosemary Nornhold; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Neumyer Funeral Home, Inc., 1334 North 2nd St., Harrisburg, PA 17102. A viewing will be at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
