Grace was born on January 18, 1961 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Grace was a resident of Rocky Hill, Connecticut at the time of her passing.

She grew up in West Hartford CT and graduated from Northwest Catholic High School with the class of 1979. She then attended Saint Anselm College where she received her Bachelors in Psychology in 1983.

She was married to Paul.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday December 1st 11am directly in St. James Church 767 Elm St. Rocky Hill. Burial will be private. Family and friends are invited to the Giuliano-Sagarino Funeral Home at BROOKLAWN 511 Brook St. Rocky Hill on Wednesday from 5-8pm.
