Grant Thomas Hromas October 5, 1966 - September 5, 2017 Grant Hromas, 50, from Albany, passed Tuesday. The son of Wayne and Jo Ellen (Kropp), Grant was born in Albany where he lived his entire life. After graduation, Grant completed a plumbing apprenticeship through Chemeketa Community College. For many years, Grant was a journeyman plumber. He was athletic and loved playing football, basketball, and baseball. He was quite a short stop! Growing up, Grant spent many days in Detroit, camping and water skiing. Grant will be missed. He is survived by his parents; his children, Hunter, Alice, and Erica; granddaughter, Lilliana; his brother, Graem; his sister, Gina, and her husband, Rod Jantzi; his nieces, Kennedy and Presley Jantzi; and his special friend, Belinda Bowman. There will be a Celebration of Life from 2-4pm on Saturday, September 16, at Rod and Gina Jantzi’s house, 1040 SW 39th Ave, Albany.
