Dr. Teter was born on December 29, 1925 and passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017.

Dr. Teter was a resident of Franklin, West Virginia at the time of passing.

Dr. Teter graduated from Franklin High School, Bridgewater College, and University of MD School of Dentistry.

He served as Captain in the Air Force during the Korean War and then returned to Franklin where he practiced dentistry for sixty-five years.

Interment will be private in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
