Hilda M. "Booty" Jackson, 89, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016.

She was a member of Burnett Avenue Baptist Church, and retired teacher with JCPS.

Mrs. Jackson, was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Jackson Sr. daughter Debra Jackson and son William Jackson.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Fields (Abram), Arthur J. Jackson Jr. (Teri) Shella Jackson (Steron) and Donald W Jackson Sr. (Rhonda); 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 5 pm -8 pm Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Burnett Ave. Baptist Church, 6800 South Hurstbourne Pkwy.
Funeral: 11 am Friday, December 2, 2016 at her church with burial in Lebanon National Cemetery.
