Harley was born on June 29, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

Harley was a resident of Hambden Township, Ohio.

He was a 1945 graduate of Chardon High School.

VISITATION will be on Saturday, May 27, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. Chardon, OH, with a MEMORIAL SERVICE held at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Hambden Cemetery, Thursday, June 1 at 1:00 p.m.
