Harley passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

Harley was a resident of California.

He was graduating from Montgomery HS in 1986.

He served four years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on June 17th at Christ Church United Methodist 1717 Yulupa Ave. in Santa Rosa.
