Harley was born on March 1, 1924 and passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018.

Harley was a resident of Olympia, Washington at the time of passing.

He graduated from Nooksack High School in 1942 and then served his country in the Army during World War ll.

A memorial service will be held for Harley on Sunday, January 21, at 2:00 p.m. at Lacey Presbyterian Church in Lacey, Washington.
