Harold was born on November 28, 1946 and passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Harold was a resident of Texas at the time of passing.

After completing his time in the service, Hal attended the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Upon high school graduation, Hal enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
