HAROLD BATSON, 89, of Totowa died Wednesday. Born in Stanhope, New Jersey, he resided in Fairlawn before moving to Totowa in 1950. He was a self employed Truck Driver, working with Tilcon Co. for over 40 years. Mr. Batson was a Veteran of the US Navy of World War II. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Shirley Robinson, in 1997. Survivors include: his daughter, Debra Cowan of Totowa; his two sons, Richard R. Batson of Wanaque and Donald E. Batson of Branchville; his five grandchildren, Melanie, Tina, DJ, Scott, Hailey and his family dog, Ace. Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Saturday at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
