Harriet was born on December 21, 1944 and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
Harriet was a resident of Staunton, Virginia at the time of her passing.
Harriet was a graduated of the Missouri School for the Deaf and attended Gallaudet College.
She was married to Richard.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday December 3 2016 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence. There will be a private memorial service for the family.
