Harvey was a resident of Oklahoma.
Harvey served our country in the US Marine Corps. He went in at 17 years
old. He fought in Vietnam. He was a recipient of 3 purple hearts, 2 Marine
Corps Good Conduct awards, Vietnam Gallantry Cross, and Rifle and
Pistol Marksman award.
