Harvey was born on April 10, 1922 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Harvey was a resident of Montpelier, Vermont at the time of passing.

Harvey lived and attended schools in Moorhead, MN.

He joined the US Army and attended Norwich University to become a pilot in the army but due to WW2 he was transferred to the infantry and transferred to Georgia prior to being sent to Germany.

A grave side service will be held in the family lot at Green Mount Cemetery, Montpelier at a later date.
